This Is Just Gross

I think we all knew that Michael would never get a break, even in death, but vultures the likes of which I can’t even fathom are circling now, and this just grosses me out.

Remember the Pepsi commercial?  The one in which Michael’s hair caught on fire?  Well, the guy who threw his jacket over Michael’s head, Ralph Cohen, picked some of Michael’s hair up and stuffed it in his pocket.  Why?  Who knows.  Later the jacket was auctioned off with the hair still in the pocket, and now the hair is in the hands of a company called LifeGem, and LifeGem is planning to make diamonds out of it.

That is just the sickest thing I’ve heard so far.  Good Lord.  For anyone to capitalize on such a traumatic event in his life, and the one which was undoubtedly the catalyst to his early demise, and only AFTER THE MAN IS DEAD mind you, just escapes my comprehension.

Even more nauseating is that somebody will buy this crap and think they’ve got themselves the daddy of all souvenirs.
